FAQs

Will there be a set meal plan / grocery list / just macros for the nutrition plan?

Yes I will calculate your macros and provide you either the option of constructed meal plan or flexible dieting with the grocery list


What can I expect with the work-out plan? Will sets and reps be specified, in addition, to weights? 

This program consists of FOUR PHASES of training. You will complete PHASE 1 through PHASE 4 for week 1 through week 4. Once you complete the four phases, you will repeat them for week 4 through week 8.

Each week will include 5 days of training. Each day will focus on a different body part or a group of body parts. Within each day you will be provided with the exercises, sets, and reps. I do not provide the amount of weight you should be doing but I will give you specifics on how I want you to manage the weight that you are using. 

Do you have a time frame of when you reply to clients? (e.g., within 24-48 hours?)

You can expect a reply between 24-36 hours. I do my best to get back to you guys as soon as possible.


What sets you and your programs set you apart from other trainers? (Sorry, super broad question!) (Though, if you think the 8-week transformation program would be a good introduction to your coaching, please let me know!) 

My training program is effective because I have accumulated all of the knowledge from myself and the clients that I have worked with and compressed it into 8 weeks. In addition to being a professional bodybuilder, I have experience coaching hundreds of clients (both lifestyle and competitors, and also incorporate the latest research in exercise science and nutrition into my programs. I believe in the challenge and taking your body to the next level and that is what you will get from my program. I can't speak on behalf of other trainers, all I can say is that my clients see results if they put in the work and I take pride in providing them as much knowledge as I can along the way.

 

The 8-week program is a great introduction to my coaching services. The main difference between the two programs is that in the coaching you will have weekly check-ins, adjustments to your plan, and a greater accountability and connection to me.
