Tuscan Steak

Tuscan Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot

  • 1/3 cup of sun-dried tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 oz of basils

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Pepper

  • Lean Steak

 

 

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degreed

  2. Preheat large sauté pan (2-3 mins)

  3. cover meat with the chopped ingredients

  4. Spray sauté pan with PAM

  5. Add meat (cook for 6-8 mins, turning as needed until brown on both sides)

  6.  Transfer  meat to baking pan

    1. bake for 10-12 minutes (medium) or until preferred state

Storage

You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
