Ingredients

1 Shallot

1/3 cup of sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 oz of basils
-
Ms. Dash lemon flavor
-
Pepper
-
Lean Steak
Directions
-
Pre heat oven to 375 degreed
-
Preheat large sauté pan (2-3 mins)
-
cover meat with the chopped ingredients
-
Spray sauté pan with PAM
-
Add meat (cook for 6-8 mins, turning as needed until brown on both sides)
-
Transfer meat to baking pan
-
bake for 10-12 minutes (medium) or until preferred state

Storage
You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
