Greek Chicken

Greek Chicken

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

  • 1tbsp thyme

  • 3 clove garlic

  • 4 chicken breast

  • 1/3 c of white whine

 

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees

  2. Combine ingridients  and rub it on chicken

  3. Pour wine into baking dish and add chicken

  4. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked

 

Storage

You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
