Greek Chicken
Ingredients

1 tbsp. lemon zest

2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1tbsp thyme
-
3 clove garlic
-
4 chicken breast
-
1/3 c of white whine
Directions

Preheat oven 400 degrees
-
Combine ingridients and rub it on chicken
-
Pour wine into baking dish and add chicken
-
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked
Storage
You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
